After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma Invoice) will appear where you can download the document.

Cancellation and Refund

For any cancellation received until January 2, 2023, refund will be subject to a fee of 50 €
For any cancellation received after January 2, 2023, no refund will be made
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant

Refunds will be handled after the Conference
